Beautify AI ("we", "us", "our") provides an AI-powered hairstyle preview application. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights.

2. Data we collect
- Photos you upload. You choose which photos to upload to generate hairstyle previews. Photos are processed by our AI image provider to create your previews.
- Style preferences. The styles you select and the previews you generate are kept to show your history.
- Optional profile info. Age and gender are optional and stored only on your device.
- Location (only with permission). Used solely to find salons near you when you use the salon finder.
- Advertising identifiers. Our app shows ads through Google AdMob, which may collect advertising identifiers and related analytics.
3. How we use your data
- To generate and display AI hairstyle previews.
- To power the salon finder and results sharing.
- To serve ads and analyze basic app usage and performance.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal basis (GDPR)
- Consent — you explicitly provide photos and opt in to location access.
- Legitimate interest — improving the app and serving ads.
- Performance of the service — fulfilling the hairstyle-preview request you make.
5. Third parties
- AI image provider (OpenAI) — receives the photo you upload only to generate your requested previews. See OpenAI's privacy policy.
- Google AdMob — serves ads. See Google's privacy policy.
- Firebase (Google) — hosts our backend functions and shared result links.
6. Sharing your data
We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with the third parties listed above to operate the app, and we do not publicly share your photos.
7. Data retention & deletion
Uploaded photos are processed to create your previews and are not retained longer than needed. You can clear your preview history in the app. To request deletion, contact jasko2007@gmail.com.
8. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR), you have the right to: access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, data portability, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact jasko2007@gmail.com.
9. Children's privacy
The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
